"Good deal for the price"
I checked a few different places before ordering, and TrailerJacks had prices that seemed reasonable. It felt like a fair deal, which I always appreciate.
The jack I bought seems sturdy enough for what I paid. Shipping took a little while, but it wasn’t a big issue. I’d be fine ordering from them again

"Box was a little rough when it arrived"
My package got here on time, which I appreciated, but the box was beat up with a few dents and one corner crushed in. Luckily, the jack inside was fine, so it wasn’t a huge issue this time. I’d still consider ordering again, but if the packaging shows up like that next time, I might have to look somewhere else.

"Jack still feels solid after a few months"
I bought this for my utility trailer, and so far it’s been a very solid choice. The build feels tough, and even after months of use, it still cranks smoothly without any fuss. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Easy enough to install"
Got it installed without too much trouble, probably took me around 30 minutes. The instructions were decent overall, though one of the bolts was a little tight and took some messing with. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical after paying, like I wasn’t totally sure it was going to be as simple as advertised, but it turned out fine in the end.

"It worked, but it wore me out a bit"
Trailerjacks.com got the job done, but i felt a little mentally drained by the time I found what I needed. It wasn’t impossible to use or anything, but I had to click around more than I expected, and the menus felt kind of clunky.
The product info was helpful enough once I got to the right pages, though a few of them loaded slowly for me. Checkout went through fine in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It’s not a bad site, I just wish it felt a little smoother and easier to navigate.

"Pretty close, just one small mix-up"
My order was almost exactly right, so overall I can’t complain too much. Most of the items were what I picked, but one part was different from what I had selected when I placed the order. It wasn’t a huge deal because I could still use it, and it didn’t ruin the whole order or anything, but I did notice it right away since I was expecting the specific option I chose. So basically, it worked out fine in the end, just not 100% what I ordered.

"Bought this jack for my utility trailer..."
Bought this jack for my utility trailer and it ended up fitting better than I thought it would. The bolt pattern lined up right away, and the height works fine with my coupler. I did spend a little time double-checking the specs before ordering since a few of these models look similar. Shipping was alright, not the fastest, but nothing major. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy another one if I needed to

I wasn’t totally sure which trailer jack I needed, so I emailed them figuring it might take a day or two to hear back. But they actually replied quickly and helped point me toward the one that fit my setup. It was simple, no back-and-forth runaround or anything. I’d probably order from trailerjacks.com again.

"Easy warranty return, no hassle"
